Can you confirm the date of this new draft of amendments? The only date I can find on this pdf draft is an oblique reference to Document A/WGIHR/1/5 itself (published Nov. 30 2022), dropped in the second footnote with a little Geneva office Euro-snark tacked on in that final subordinate clause:
"This compilation is published following the agreements at the first meeting of the Working Group on amendments to the International Health Regulations (2005), as per document A/WGIHR/1/5."
