I'm no Expert..My intelligence tells me they are Big Dreamers and they'll fail if they aim to turn us into cyborgs.....Too much hubris...They'll settle for implanting zappers (electrodes) in our brains...An On/Off switch used to make us stop/make us go...
And it seems pointless Them wanting to cyborg us, given They want to depop us down to an easily managed 200,000 to 500,000...
Of course, They've now got 8 billion guinea pigs to test their ideas on, plenty of Failed Experiments on the way to the desired depopped level...
Whatever infrastructure They put into place can readily be adapted, as needs be...
Meanwhile, the American military was defeated by dudes in caves with AK-47s, it can't meet its recruitment goals, disease and injury are ramping up within the ranks due to the vaccines, and suicide and general bug-fuckery are rampant:
The Pentagon spent decades and half a trillion dollars designing a next-gen fighter jet that's a piece of shit, and our leaders can't seem to grasp the ramifications of getting into a nuclear war with Russia.
Also, Zuckerberg had big hopes for the Metaverse, and he promptly cratered his company.
I think the trend you describe is real, and it won't lead to any good, but on some level it's just a Powerpoint-based cyberpunk LARP for professional paranoiacs who can't bear to leave the Pentagon. (Sorry for the alliteration.)
of note in that SMA white paper: I noticed reps from Lockheed Martin and Northrup Grumman on the list. The next territory for the Miltary Industrial Complex to subdue is our minds.
of note: the NG rep talked about measuring the impact of psyops and the LM rep talked about "narrative technology to detect and defeat adversary ideological influence"
I'm not. You don't know how many times I've showed elite planning documents to normies, and they say "the govt would never do that, bc people would find out about it." YOU ARE FINDING OUT ABOUT IT RIGHT NOW, AND YET YOU REFUSE TO BELIEVE IT!"
"Narrative technology", and as this post describes: disseminating "“culturally anchored” counter-narratives (i.e. targeted and customized propaganda) ahead of the actual full development of perspectives and points of view which in some way may threaten the authority and integrity of the system"
An example of this is likely the "Anti-Science" narrative that was put out before the covid shots were even available, saturating the medical field with the preformulated name-calling labels. Any professional who questioned the official narrative was to be recognized as fitting these labels, and subsequently punished and exiled. This tactic was extremely effective in keeping blanket silence long enough to target the majority of the population.
it would be interesting to see to what degree this terminology was created and promoted as opposed to organically arising. The "antivax" and "antiscience" labels existed pre-pandemic. The later, anti-science, was previously targeted at "climate science deniers," creationists, and "antivaxxers." My social cohort are the people most likely to deploy these tropes: liberal (but by no means radical), college-educated professionals.
Use of the antivax label seemed to increase exponentially in 2019 - lots of web content created to draw attention to it, which I found rather tiresome because such a small percentage of parents opt for non-standard choices, and that has very little impact on most of our lives.
It's interesting to be living in an era in which 7-year-old name-calling is viewed as a suitable tactic in the adult world to attempt to steer behavior. Maybe this was always the case, though, and we are just seeing the categories of vilified individuals change.
"... as we squabble about minor diversions or the minutiae of the covid measures’ efficacy."
OPERATION COVIDIUS is a huge success on so many levels that I even won't waste time going into it.
But indeed that is a FACT since we, herds of modern moron slaves, can't do pretty much anything else except squabble. Personal Irresponsibility and Meekness returns a heavy cost.
This post connects well with another put out today:
'Dr. Peter McCullough and a friendly twitter user named Keith put together the DARPA connection to MRNA vaccinations. The military funded and created them. Operation warp speed was a lie.'
These are excellent questions. And I think there are always gaps and cracks. I don't think people are actually predictable through these reductionist analyses, and I think this entire edifice is going to erode trust in the spectacular surveillance systems that permeate life under digitalism.

Terrifying, yes, but...

Yep. But at the same time, we've these unhinged people with the minds of children running around with guns outside our front door.
Oh, yeah, it's going to get ugly and many are going to die.
I'm only pointing out reasons to be sceptical of the "this new technology will let us control the world flawlessly" story.

Thanks for this. I'm still surprised at how blatant all of this is.

These must be the lousiest beings ever in the entire span of time and space
There are a couple of good arguments toward that conclusion, absolutely. :)
